PPOA Board Meeting 8/23/2025 Minutes

 

Call To Order

An unplanned meeting of the Potawatomi Property Owner Association Board of Directors was called to order by Shaun Waggoner, immediately following the Annual meeting, at 11:11am. Also in attendance were Board members Bob DeMeyer and Chrissy Johnson. New board members Rick Tello, Kevin Honz, Nancy Collyard and Ed Cordell. 0 Potawatomi community members in attendance. Minutes were taken.

 

Approval of Minutes

Minutes from the 7/19 monthly meeting were not presented for approval. They will be submitted at the September meeting.

 

Approval of Agenda

The only agenda item for this meeting is to Assign officers. Shaun made a motion to approve, Bob Second the motion. The agenda was unanimously approved by voice vote.

 

Assignment of Officers

After motions were made, with a second, and passed with unanimous voice votes, it was decided that,

Shaun Waggoner would continue as PPOA President, and able to sign checks

Chrissy Johnson would continue as Board Administrator, and able to sign checks

Rick Tello will become Treasurer, and able to sign checks

Nancy Collyard will become Secretary, able to sign checks

Bob DeMeyer will become Vice President without check signing privileges

Ed Cordell and Kevin Honz will serve as at large members without signing privileges

Additional responsibilities and duties will be discussed and assigned at our September board meeting.

At 11:32 Shaun made a motion to adjourn, Kevin second the motion. Voice vote taken; motion carried
