BY-LAWS OF POTAWATOMI PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Quorum of Directors — Adjournments. At all meetings the Board of Directors, a majority of the directors shall constitute a quorum, whether present in-person, electronically or telephonically, for the transaction of business and the acts of the majority of the directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the acts of the Board of Directors.

If, at any meeting of the Board of Directors, there shall be less than a quorum present, the majority of those present may adjourn the meeting from time to time without further notice. At any such adjourned meeting at which a quorum is present, any business which might have been transacted at the meeting as originally called may be transacted.
