Special Board Meeting minutes-August 20, 2022

Call to Order
Vice President Bill Van Vlack called the meeting to order at 10:54 a.m. Board members present were Bill Van Vlack, Rick Tello, Joe Girten, April Powell, Greg Powell, Ed Cordell, and Michelle Boheim.

Board discussed Officer positions and decided as follows: President/Director Bill Van Vlack Vice President/Director Greg Powell Secretary/Director Michelle Boheim Treasurer/Director Rick Tello Director Joe Girten Director April Powell Director Ed Cordell

Board discussed signatures on bank account and all agreed to continue the precedent set last year by Board members who are married (Bill Van Vlack and Michelle Boheim) to only allow
one of the married couple to sign on bank accounts. We will work with Chippewa Valley Bank to
update signature card.

Board discussed things that we want to address at our next meeting. Michelle made a list for the agenda.

Board discussed a pertinent issue that had to do with renters/members who did not leave their cabins in “like found” condition. Board discussed the situations at length. Bill made a motion to fine and send a letter of explanation to the two sets of said renters/members. Rick seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.

Rick briefly informed Board about Firewise information.

Board discussed Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. to be the best time to have meetings. Bill will send an email to everyone on the next meeting date.
