Meeting minutes October 9, 2021

Call to Order
A meeting of the Potawatomi Property Owners Association (PPOA) Board of Directors (BoD) was called to order by Rob Lynch at 9:00 a.m. in the Wanigan Boardroom. In attendance were Rob Lynch, Rick Tello, Michelle Boheim, and Joe Girten. Bill Van Vlack was absent. A quorum was present. Minutes were taken. The meeting was recorded.

Announcements
There were no announcements other than Board Members will meet via Zoom once a month throughout winter months.

Correspondence
Annual corporation filing has been addressed .

Approval of the Agenda
Rick made a motion to approve the agenda as presented. Joe seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.

Approval of Minutes from September18, 2021
Joe made a motion to approve the minutes from September 18, 2021. Rick seconded. All ayes. Motion carried.

Membership Comment Period
No members present.

Treasurer’s Report
Rob presented the treasurer’s reports produced through QuickBooks. No approval required.

Operations
Rental update –The Board discussed the 2022 rental program. Rick is retiring from handling rentals. Board will review rental program.
Maintenance update-Island is shut down.

Old Business
Island causeway repairs –Rob continuing to investigate ownership of causeway.

New Business
Board discussed the 2021 Assessment invoice and letters. We will print invoices through
QuickBooks, saving lots of time and manpower.

Michelle made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Joe seconded. All ayes. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
